The BCCB is always in search of sponsors or donors!
By working together, the BCCB is able to provide the Barrhaven community with engaging musical performances by local talented artists. Your sponsorship or donation is essential in easing the cost of renting a rehearsal room, transporting instruments to concert venues, securing insurance and purchasing music charts. Without sponsors, this cost is in large part borne by the musicians, themselves. These volunteer musicians already enthusiastically offer their time and musicianship for the betterment of this community, throughout the year, by entertaining residents of retirement communities and through public concert performances.
You or your organization can help us in the following ways:
A) Corporate Sponsorship ($500+)
Benefits: On-stage mentions at BCCB concerts, company logo on all printed media, link to organization's website on the BCCB website (if applicable), inclusion on social media announcements, when appropriate, and two (2) complimentary tickets to our public concerts for every $250 of yearly sponsorship.
B) DONATION ($1 or more)
All donations, big or small, help the band in achieving its goal. A tax receipt is issued for any donation of $25.00 or more. Donors of $50 or more will see their names printed in our concert programs.
Donors (corporate or personal) who wish to donate more than $500 can chose to do so as a donation (with tax receipt) or as a sponsorship (with the benefits listed above).
Note: Due to Canada Revenue Agency regulations, no benefits are offered for a donation.

Donate a Car Canada accepts Vehicle Donations for Barrhaven Community Concert Band. Free towing is provided in most areas across Canada, or you can drop off your vehicle to maximize your donation. When you donate your car, truck, RV, boat, or motorcycle to Barrhaven Community Concert Band through Donate A Car Canada, it will either be recycled or sold at auction (depending on its condition, age and location). Donate a Car Canada will look after all the details to make it easy for Barrhaven Community Concert Band to benefit.
